FVC showcases new vendor partnerships at Gitex

MEA: network, security and telecom VAD FVC has used its presence at Gitex to highlight some of the new vendor partnerships as part of its continued expansion of its portfolio under the two new restructured divisions: Unified Collaboration & Convergence (UCC) and IT Infrastructure & Security (ITIS). FVC has showcased recently signed vendors added to its UCC division including Sagemcom, Sonus and Unify. In addition, FVC has celebrated Polycom's 25th Anniversary on its stand with a slew of new products from the vendor.

Bruce Withington, Executive Director at FVC said, "UC continues to gather momentum in the region, particularly with suppliers who genuinely support open standards, these deliver the best value. We will be showcasing the tight integration between Microsoft and Polycom, demonstrating how UC can be very easy to use. Beside recently signed vendors such as Imation's Ironkey, Jatheon, Pivot3 and Propentus, the ITIS division has added and showcased two new vendors, BeyondTrust (privileged account management software) and Extreme Networks (network infrastructures). All these products are available through FVC offices in Egypt, Kenya, Lebanon, Morocco, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates

FVC beefs up IT Infrastructure & Security portfolio with Jatheon

Fluke Networks signs FVC as new distributor

Middle East: network performance monitoring and diagnostic vendor Fluke Networks has signed network and security VAD FVC as a distributor (VAD) for the Middle East and Africa region. As part of the new agreement, FVC will align with Fluke Networks to meet customer demand in the region, by making the vendor's enterprise solutions available through its offices in Egypt, Kenya, Lebanon, Morocco, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom (for the other, English-speaking countries). FVC will market all enterprise solutions from Fluke Networks, giving businesses across the region immediate access to world-leading technologies, providing them with an edge in an increasingly competitive global arena.

FVC expands into IAM with Propentus

Propentus IAM is the market leader in Finland where it is also headquartered. The company helps enterprises manage their employee identities and access rights with the only end-to-end solution in the market to provide cyber secure IT. Propentus has ambitious expansion plans into new markets and eyes Middle East as a key region because of the security needs, cloud adoption, Internet of Things and the digitalization happening at a fast rate, demanding highly secure reliable solutions.
