Alltron and Mobilepro finds new partners, while ABC Distribution closes its doors

Switzerland: broadliner Alltron has become official distributor for Ricoh printing systems. AV VAD Mobilepro has started the distribution of SMART Technologies interactive whiteboards in the country. Beside these two new partnership, ABC Distribution & Retail Solutions, an historical gaming distributor in the country, will close definitively its doors in March 2017. This closure is due to the shift of the gaming market to digital distribution. According to the distributor, all remaining employees will be given a chance to work for EA, one of its partners (source: IT Market Schweiz and IT Reseller Schweiz).
MobilePro acquires Pixel Systems

Switzerland: AV specialist MobilePro has acquired its competitor Pixel Systems for an undisclosed amount. Michael Senn, the manager of Pixel Systems, has decided to leave the market and pursue personal projects in another domain. It is yet unknown whether the two names will stand side by side, or if Pixel Systems will be merged into MobilePro and disappear altogether (source: Inside Channels Schweiz).
